Offers Performance and Value for Milk Analysis Labs Wanting the
Traditional 6 Component Analysis.
Labs looking for consistent milk analysis at a moderate price find the York
Dairy Analyzer to be an excellent conclusion to their search. The York provides
full 6 component analysis using mid-infrared technology. Follows international

Brewster LF/LFC is 2-in-1 Instrument
Eliminate trips from the production line to the lab with the new Brewster LF
(fluid milk) and LFC (cheese milk). This 2-in-1 instrument provides on line
standardization and point-of-production sampling for raw or finished product.
The Brewster accurately measures fat and casein using a particle size analysis
model and ends the guesswork associated with fat casein ratios. This patented
laser light scattering method makes the Brewster the only instrument able to
discriminate fat and casein particle size. The result is analysis that ensures
the most profitable use of raw milk and component ratios for improved

Closed Loop Standardization Systems Control For Greatest Benefit
