| B.E.S.T CLIENT SERVICES. B.E.S.T Lab Instrumentation Pty Ltd offer a number of services to our clients. Basically these can be broken down into two categories;
The instrument services and support plans available, offer tailored comprehensive after sales service and support programs to ensure complete satisfaction with equipment supplied by B.E.S.T . Factory trained technicians are located around Australia and New Zealand to support equipment sold by our company, and a comprehensive stock of spare parts and consumables are located in Melbourne, with instrument critical supplies located in other centres where production dependant equipment must be rapidly maintained. Most of our instruments come with a full 12 months parts and on site labour warranty, with the exception of defined remote location equipment where additional charges apply to travel and accommodation or warranty is offered on a "back to base" basis. After Warranty follow on service (Platinum Service) is available on an ad hoc hourly service rate basis, or as pre arranged preventative maintenance (Gold Service) agreements, where equipment is regularly serviced and problems identified and rectification undertaken before problems cause unexpected stoppages and production delays. Generally speaking the preventative maintenance agreements are highly recommended for any equipment in a production lab environment. Preventative Maintenance Agreements are generally structured on a one off basis depending upon the complexity of the equipment and the demand placed on that equipment, which will generally dictate the frequency of service visits. |
